Please visit Customer Troubleshooting. Most issues can be resolved by following the troubleshooting directions. If not, you may qualify for replacement parts if your product remains under warranty.

To file a warranty claim please call 1-888-919-0070 to speak with a Polygroup customer service representative. 

Extended Warranty

Polygroup offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty and does not offer any type of service plan or extended warranty. However, some of our retailers may offer a service plan or extended warranty. If you purchased one, please adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Contact Polygroup at 1-888-919-0070 to ensure original limited warranty has expired. A proof of purchase will be required for our manufacturer’s warranty or a retailer’s service plan or extended warranty.

2. If you are outside your warranty period, you may purchase a new part at our online store or by calling one of your customer care associates. Check your receipt / proof of purchase for a line item that states service plan or extended warranty.

3. If you purchased a service plan or extended warranty from your local retailer, please contact their customer service and follow their policies and procedures for that service.
