Remember, pumps are not meant to run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If your pump overheats, it will shut off automatically for safety reasons and will not start again until it has fully cooled off. Please see Pump Operation Hours to determine how long to run your pump for each day. Many times it is better to run the pump at night when the temperature is cooler.
If you followed all of the above steps and your pump still does not work:
You may qualify for a warranty replacement if you have purchased the pump/filter system within the last 180 days and have your original receipt of purchase.

Polygroup offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty and does not offer any type of service plan or extended warranty. However, some of our retailers may offer a service plan or extended warranty. If you purchased one, please adhere to the following guidelines.
1. Contact Polygroup at 1-888-919-0070 to ensure original limited warranty has expired. A proof of purchase will be required for our manufacturer’s warranty or a retailer’s service plan or extended warranty.
2. If you are outside your warranty period, you may purchase a new part at our online store or by calling one of your customer care associates. Check your receipt / proof of purchase for a line item that states service plan or extended warranty.
3. If you purchased a service plan or extended warranty from your local retailer, please contact their customer service and follow their policies and procedures for that service.
