UV Tube failure | A Unlock the Top Cover Retainer (4) and check the UV Tubes (7). Replace the UV Tubes if necessary. Refer to the UV Tube Replacement Procedures on page #7 of owners manual. |
Water Leakage | Connection points | Adjust the Hose Clamp (26). Check O-ring (1) and re-tighten. Check water hoses for if there is any holes or cracks. Replace if needed. See page #3. |
Vent Screw | Check O-ring (22) for damage. Replace if needed. Lubricate with petroleum jelly. | |
Top Cover Retainer/ Top Cover | Check O-ring (20) for damage. Replace if needed. Lubricate with petroleum jelly. |
Useful Tips
UV Sanitizer not cleaning
If the UV Sanitizer is not cleaning the pool (water cloudy, green, etc.), this could be a failure of the UV tube.
1. Unlock the top cover retainer and check the UV tubes to see if they are operational or damaged. Replace the UV tubes if necessary.
Water Leakage
If there is water leakage...
1. Check all connection points and re-tighten. Check the water hoses for holes or cracks and replace if needed.
2. Check the vent screw and O-ring for damage and replace if needed. Lubricate O-rings with silicon lubricant.
3. Check the top cover retainer and O-ring for damage and replace if needed. Lubricate with silicon lubricant.
